Permanentni make up ali trajno ličenje je postopek, pri katerem vnašamo naravne pigmente dva milimetra pod kožo in s tem poudarimo lepe linije obraza ter prekrijemo manjše estetske napake na njem.

Za tem se lahko začne vnos permanentnega barvila v kožo po začrtani liniji, veke so zaprte s prsti tako, da se ne morejo odpreti. Postopek traja skupaj približno 30 minut, kar pomeni, da za vsako oko porabimo 15 minut.
